We're prepared for emergencies with your veterinarian's contact information and your authorization. We'll contact you immediately and take your pet to their vet or an emergency clinic if needed. All our sitters are trained in basic pet first aid.

Yes! Our experienced sitters can administer oral medications, topical treatments, and even injections if needed. We'll follow your vet's instructions precisely and document each administration.

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially during holidays and peak seasons. However, we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible. Contact us and we'll see what we can do!
